Mother nature seems to have the idea that the weekends are the best time for lots of rain during the summer.  But a little rain (okay it was a lot of rain) never stopped this wedding photographer and it certainly wasn’t going to stop this fabulous couple!

Jessica and Sam were high school sweethearts and they got married in their hometown with the reception at Jessica’s family dairy farm.  The bridesmaids wore a variety of blue dresses from Revelry that were perfectly complimented by the wildflower themed bouquets.  The reception tent was decorate with wildflower globes, long greenery table runners and eclectic glassware that doubled as favors for the guests.  (I may or may not have left with a pair of the most fabulous blue wine glasses…)

They had their first dance in a grove of trees under the open sky with the most perfect sunset dipping down behind the trees and we ended the night with a beautiful lantern send off.  (Complete with a few renditions of that lantern song from Tangled)
